Is urgently looking for:
CUSTOMER SERVICE (EMAIL I CHAT I VOICE)
Job Responsibilities
Provides multi-skill/function type of support through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
Responds promptly to customer inquiries and follow up as necessary.
Handles and resolves customer complaints following the outlined business process and policies.
Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Ensures productivity, quality and service levels are met in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.
To send service requirements email to the customers endorsed by the billing department.
To give a follow-up call assuring that the service requirements are collected within three days from the endorsement of billing.
To submit the book cover and manuscript from the Graphics designer, ensuring that every task given to the graphics team is updated to the production manager.
To keep follow up of the book cover and manuscript from the Graphics designer.
Review and Send the book cover and manuscript to the customer for approval.
To takedown all corrections and suggestions from the customer to complete the approval process.
Final submission of the requirements to the Production Manager.
To maintain weekly email reports for using the template provided to the assigned OPR customer and update the production manager one week before the month duration of OPR ends.
To report any issues from any customers that are not cooperative with the service process.
For Facebook Ads, maintain a monthly report and end of promotion report using the template provided. For the customer, the assigned to Production Coordinator/Agent. Also, update the production manager for every report.
Qualifications:
Willing to work on graveyard shift
Resilient
Open to new information
At least 2 years of experience in a BPO setup
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
