Qualifications
With at least 2 years of working experience as a CS in a logistics/forwarding company
Can respond promptly to customers' & colleagues' queries
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Has excellent communication skills/ability to respond/adapt to different types of characters
Ability to work under pressure
Can monitor and coordinate shipments from start to finish.
Has a good problem-solving ability
Rate Offer: 14k - 15k
