Food Dudes Delivery is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to work in our Cebu-based office, directly assisting US-based customers while also expediting orders though our dispatch system. Customer Service responsibilities include assisting customers in placing orders by phone, confirming orders with restaurants by phone, monitoring the delivery progress and providing support to drivers, customers and restaurants as necessary. To be successful in this role, you will need be a fluent English communicator who's able to follow instructions and multi-task. You should also be very familiar with computers and be quick to learn and adapt to new systems.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, support tickets or chat
Pro-actively identify customer needs and assist in resolving customer concerns quickly
Update our internal databases with accurate information about issues
Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
Monitor delivery progress in an effort to expedite all orders
Requirements
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Availability during our primary operating hours 12AM-12PM Cebu local time
Ability to multi-task, performing multiple duties during a shift
Ability to work under pressure and handle tough CS cases
Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
