HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES Give product & service feedback to immediate superior for endorsement to concerned department . OPERATE IN-HOUSE SOFTWARE Transact the SM Advantage/Prestige/Global Pinoy/TK Amazing claiming of personalized/renewal/replacement card on the system . RECORD MERCHANDISE RETURNS Facilitate endorsement of returned merchandise to respective departments . CLEAN THE AREA Organize returned items in the designated pigeon holes, properly arrange the supplies inside the cabinets Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree . At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. . Strong communication skills and phone etiquette. Required language(s): English, Filipino . Required Skill(s): Customer Service . Basic computer skills (MS Office) . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours .
