Job Description:ATTEND TO CUSTOMER CONCERNS: Attend to customer concerns/requests & facilitate processing of transaction for merchandise return & loyalty program card processing.OPERATE POS MACHINETransact merchandise return transaction in the POS ma Job Description: ATTEND TO CUSTOMER CONCERNS: Attend to customer concerns/requests & facilitate processing of transaction for merchandise return & loyalty program card processing. OPERATE POS MACHINE Transact merchandise return transaction in the POS machine to generate Sales Return Voucher facilitate issuance of the automated Sales Invoice. HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES Give product & service feedback to immediate superior for endorsement to concerned department. OPERATE IN-HOUSE SOFTWARE Transact the SM Advantage/Prestige/Global Pinoy/TK Amazing claiming of personalized/renewal/replacement card on the system. RECORD MERCHANDISE RETURNS Facilitate endorsement of returned merchandise to respective departments. CLEAN THE AREA Organize returned items in the designated pigeon holes, properly arrange the supplies inside the cabinets Package Counter HANDLE DEPOSITED ITEMS: Accept customers' items for deposit & secure items while being deposited. ACCEPT & RECORD ITEM/S Recite the standard spiel before accepting item for deposit & upon release of item record the number of packages for deposit in a logbook & hand the tag number to the customer. SECURE ITEM DEPOSITED Use the prescribed strap to bundle the item arrange the items deposited securely & properly inside the counter keep the tag holder at the bottom part of the counter. CLEAN THE AREA Clean the area during off-peak hours. ENDORSE UNCLAIMED ITEM Record & endorse the items not claimed for the day to Branch CRO. CONDUCT INVENTORY Conduct daily & monthly inventory of Package counter tags Gift Wrapping GIFTWRAP ITEMS: Facilitate wrapping of customers items following the established standards. CHECK ITEM Check the item for wrapping against the receipt presented stamp the receipt to avoid reuse. WRAP ITEM Wrap the item following the standard procedures in gift wrapping & customer preference. CLEAN THE AREA Clean the area during off-peak hours pack & prepare the trash for collection every day arrange the pouches in the cabinet in an organized manner replenish rolled wrapper in the dispenser. CHECKGW SUPPLIES Get gift wrapping supplies from BFAS during the scheduled ordering. CONDUCT INVENTORY Conduct weekly & monthly inventory of gift wrapping suppliesQualifications:.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.Strong communication skills and phone etiquette. Required language(s): English, Filipino.Required Skill(s): Customer Service.Basic computer skills (MS Office).Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours.Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Naga .Fresh graduates are welcome to apply..Full-time positions available
