JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Associate supports development and maintenance systems and relationships that meet customer demand, as well as other databases related to PO processing to delivery requirements management. Contribute to validate, communicate and coordinate customer service strategies. Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures
• Order processing in SAP.
• Ensure smooth and timely process flow.
• Track and trace shipments if required.
• Utilize Process Monitors and Workflows on daily basis.
• Interact with our customers in arranging special instructions with their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations.
• Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with customers/suppliers.
• Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
• Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed.
• Meet KPI standards, as per the Customer Service Department procedures
• Timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
