We are currently in need of:
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
 
Urgency: Immediate hiring
 
Status: Fulltime employee
 
Job Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department
Helping resolve customer issues
Giving information and helping to solve customer problems
Assists in the onboarding/offboarding of operations staff nationally
Does reportorial tasks, maintains reports
Organize communication via emails and phone calls
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Organize meetings, taking meeting minutes and notes
Assists manager and help organize managers’ calendars
Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Conduct market research and report on the results
Assists in the preparation of presentations for conference
Job Specifications:
Graduate of any 4 year course preferably Mass Communications or AB English or any in related field
Preferably 2 years experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
Has a good grasp on the English language
Good listening and comprehension skills
Has a sense of urgency in each given task
Can communicate well in English both oral and written
