• Preferably completed 2 years in college.
• Must have more than 6 months call center experience handling international accounts.
• Profile flexibility for those not meeting college education with 6 months BPO voice experience with excellent communication skills and must have strong CC background.
• Excellent communication skill is a must.
• Has good customer service orientation
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has good analytical skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Job Description:
• The work involves receiving or making phone calls to customers;
• Answer inquiries or provide necessary info about the product or service;
• Suggesting or giving the most appropriate solutions based on the details given by the customer;
• Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner;
• Building Rapport and Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
