Orkestra Communications is looking for Customer Service and Sales Development Representatives who are eager and excited to kick off their tech sales career and join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and has a can-do attitude and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reach out to business prospects via outbound calls, email, social and other channels with the goal of setting an appointment with the Account Executive.
Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executive
Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of key technologies with expansive list of UCaaS solutions.
You will maintain a thorough understanding of UCaaS products and services, industry and customers' needs in order to identify appropriate prospects and quickly establish effective contacts.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
Collaborate with the Research Team and Account Executives to develop better targeting, communication strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM, including the next steps on the follow-up strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, appointment setting, or technical support preferred
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Experience in CRM/Salesforce is an advantage
Must be amenable to work in the office in West Avenue, QC
