Duties and Responsibilities:
• Converse and provide assistance to customers through online chat portals and over the phone as needed
• Identify customer issues and outline available support options
• Ensure all enquiries are addressed efficiently throughout the chat conversation and job requests are booked as requested
• Escalate questions, as necessary
• Manage and update database
• Record and document each question or problem as well as each respective answer or solution
• Provide basic administrative support, as needed
• Schedule and/or move jobs as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in Chat Support or related
• Relevant experience and willingness to do Admin tasks, as required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• High attention to detail
• Ability to think on your feet
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
