CUSTOMER SERVICE and chat representative - makati site(Anywhere)
Receives telephone requests for orders and price quotations on our products.
Uses Proprietary applications, (web-based order system) to retrieve customer information,
product information.
Ensure that accuracy is used for retrieving and inputting information in order system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have at least 1 year BPO Sales Experience.
• With excellent English communication skills.
• Can multitask and has high attention to details
• Must have at least 35WPM Typing Speed.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
• Must be willing to work Onsite (18th Floor Citibank Center, Paseo de Roxas, Makati)
• Can start ASAP.
RATE: 28000 PHP
