Job Description
MicroSourcing is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be part of an Australian company that offers self-tanning products.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining customer's tickets daily - getting them down to 0 each shift or below a certain figure.
Answering Live Chat of the customers
Potential of managing social channels
Respond to enquiries and assisting primarily via telephone and email
Requirements
Excellent communication skills including an excellent standard of spoken and written English
Ability to perform well under pressure and multi-task
Experience with the use of Shopify and Zendesk would be desirable
Preferrably with experience in the retail industry
