Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Must have attention to detail
Customer service experience a plus
Tasks and responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
The provision of service to customers before, during, and after a purchase/service.
Customer service focuses on the jobs involved when servicing customers rather than their needs.
Start Pay: Php13,500
HMO coverage 1 month after start date
Plus non-taxable allowance after regularization
