Pixel Labs LLC dba Helium 10 is in need of three additional customer service agents who would help us provide impeccable assistance to our customers.
Salary and Benefits:
$3/hr with possibility of annual increase based on performance
13th month pay
HMO for contractor plus immediate family (spouse and children)
Requirements and qualifications:
Needs to be based in the Philippines
Has a good command of the English Language both oral and written. (Important)
Has at least 6 months of experience doing customer service (voice, email or chat).
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is preferred but not required
Is willing to do shift changes (i.e. Graveyard shift this month then morning shift next month, PH time). Also, weekend off PH time is not a guarantee. (Important)
Willing to be trained and undergo an evaluation period.
If possible, someone who can solely work for us (Full Time) and will not be employed anywhere else (existing or future), especially with businesses having resemblance to Amazon or services for Amazon/Amazon sellers.
Willing to work during PH/US holidays.
Equipment specifications:
Minimum internet speed of 3Mbps. Hopefully, with a backup internet and power connection.
Laptop/PC RAM of not less than 8GB. This is for the purpose of opening multiple windows and tabs of Google Chrome browser. (Important)
Laptop/PC Processor of at least Intel Core I3 or Higher or AMD A8 7600 or above.
