We are currently looking for two (2) Customer Service Agent/Booking Agents for an Australian client who runs a hotel/resort in Perth, Western Australia.

Qualifications:
Must have at least two (2) years of solid Customer Service experience.
Excellent communication skills using the English language.
Proficient in suing MS Office applications.
Strong customer service and telephone skills.
Can do multi-tasking, organized and goal-oriented.
Available to work on a shifting schedule and on weekends if needed.
Can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries, bookings and cancellations via phone calls, live chat and email.
Organizing of existing bookings.
Scheduling of customer notifications.
Upselling of services.
Other ad hoc tasks required by the job.
