The Job duties of Customer Service Representative are:
Will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Answers such as account balances and interest rates and fees.
Help customers protect their accounts by reviewing suspicious activity, reversing transactions, and reissuing compromised debit and credit cards.
Familiar with Bank services or remittances is a plus.
Has experience handling customer complaints
Can communicate in English and Filipino
Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
Willing to work onsite
Good communication skills and has good control over one's emotions.
Highly motivated individuals
Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
