Job Description
Performs all related work of Customer Relations Officer from pre- to post-sale.
Checks work progress per department at Monday.com (Cadd, QS, Spazio).
Coordinates delivery of materials from with plant to customers/clients.
Process documentation for post-sales: RFP, RFD.
Handles customer concerns and inquiries.
Ensures sales-related activities are properly documented and updated at all times.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by top management from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture, ID, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Strong leadership skills, strong communication skills both oral and written.
Excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented and keen on details, organized and systematic.
Can work under pressure.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Undergraduate are welcome to apply as long as with at least 1-year work-related experience
