QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be graduate of Marketing, Psychology or Mass Communication.
- Customer service background is an advantage.
- Assertive.
- With good communication skills (oral and written)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Do the After Service Survey Calls and Texts and encoding.
- Do the Sales and Delivery Survey Call and encoding of New purchased vehicles - monthly submission and reporting to Sales and General Manager.
- Conducts New Vehicle Releasing Procedure to customers for new purchased vehicles.
- Updating of Dealer Inquiry and Complaint Analysis Report.
- Responsible for the Yearly Plans and Programs of Customer Service Activities.
- Do the Progress Report of every activity included in the Yearly CS Plans and Programs.
- Encoding of ASS Survey Results at CRMS.
- Do the PMS Reminder.
- Do the call outs for missing customers - for customer retention.
- Do the Appointment Monitoring Logbook, sleeves, sheet everyday.
- Do the Appointment Monitoring Report.
- Updating of Customer Complaints Report Inventory.
- Handling of Customers' concerns.
- Responsible for the Dealer Facility Inspection - 5S and Kaizen.
- Responsible for the decoration on Service and Sales area according to Occasion.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
