SUPERVISE DAILY OPERATIONS WITHIN THE BRANCH Supervise security system operations, & security guard force manning, performance & bills payment processing . RESPOND, INVESTIGATE & REPORT THEFT/UNTOWARD INCIDENTS Respond, investigate & reports theft incidents (from arrest to case filing) . ACT AS FUND CUSTODIAN Safekeep petty cash fund needed for day-to-day operations . CONDUCT ORIENTATIONS & SECURITY DRILLS Conduct safety & security orientations, drills & simulations for BEMO, employees, contractors' emergency preparedness . IDENTIFY STORE HAZARDS & SECURITY THREATS Conduct facility & clearing inspections, & issue updates on crime trends, suspects, & warrants of arrests Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. . At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. . Preferably Supervisor / 3 years & up experienced employees specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent. . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Tuguegarao . Full-time positions available
