Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handles customer concerns/complaints, inquiries through telephone calls, letter, personal visit, text, email, referral, surveys and by making it easy for the customer to express his/her problem and utilize customer complaint form and customer follow-up system.
2. Acts as a direct link between the company and the customer.
3. Records, gathers and analyzes customer complaints for investigation.
Qualifications:
a. College Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably Tourism Management or Marketing Management
b. Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal effectively with frustrated customers/conflict within teams;
