Job Description
Your role and responsibilities:
Conduct regular audit to dealer Customer Relations Department operations and Key Performance Indicators.
Documentation of internal processes and SOPs.
Conduct actual day-to-day handling of customer complaints and coordinate with dealers and other departments for closure.
Review and understand existing processes to push for improvement activities within dealers and other process owners based on actual customer feedback.

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Customer Relations Officer to join our Customer Relations Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
The Customer Relations Officer is a member of the Customer Care Support Team that is responsible for ensuring swift, sure and sincere handling of customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely feedback and proper coordination to dealers and other related departments through the Voice of the Customer, and promoting Customer Service and Complaint Handling activities to the entire Toyota dealer network.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in customer relations, customer service and customer handling.

Preferably with experience in Automotive Customer Service operations, 1 to 3 years experience in call center / BPO experience.
Skills required:
You have high customer service orientation.
Proficient in MS Office applications (M 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
You have excellent Communication and customer handling skills.
