Shall help the company build successful and long-term relationship with our customers by delivering high quality after-sales service that exceeds expectation.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in any field
With customer service experience
Candidates must have excellent customer service, record and data management and communication skills
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Presentation
