Sojitz G Auto Philippines Corporation is an authorized distributor and dealer of Geely Auto in the Phillipines.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Check reports/surveys conducted for Sales satisfaction index, customer satisfaction index, inbound call, and mystery shop/call.
Prepares Data Analysis of conducted surveys and received calls and submit to CRM Manager.
Check and analyze satisfaction rate and areas for improvement.
Present countermeasure on each weakness gathered.
Discuss and present the SSI,CSI and mystery shop/call result with SGAP Management discussion and Dealer evaluation.
Prepare and completeness monthly, quarterly and annual reports of SSI, CSI, Mystery shop/call and inbound calls.
Perform other task related to CRM.
