Avid is recruiting a Customer Master Data Administrator I. This position is a member of the Business Operations team and responsible for the integrity of Avid's customer master data and install base equipment. He/she will report directly to the Customer Master Data Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Execute creations and changes in Avid's customer master data and install base equipment
Manage customer master data and install base equipment in SAP, NetSuite, TAMR and Salesforce.com
Provide research and analysis required to support data creation and change requests
Process data management requests from various sources; providing prioritization is required
Participate in projects related to and reliant on customer master data and install base equipment
Extended work hours required, including possible weekend hours at quarter end
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1 year experience in Master Data Management or Order Management. Recent graduates, preferably with educational background in Computer Science or related field, are also welcomed to apply
Preferably with experience in SAP's Sales and Distribution module, NetSuite, TAMR and Salesforce.com but not required
Knowledge of install base functionality is a plus
Outstanding attention to details and strong analytical and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Worldwide cultural awareness
Highly organized, understanding the importance of the function and required outputs
