We are looking for Customer Supply Chain Executive who will be able to demand and define a joint improvement plan with key Customers to enhance the organization's ability to win with the Customer from a sales and supply chain perspective.

Collaborative opportunities with the Customer, be the coordinator of multi-functional teams from concept to final delivery.
Understand Customer KPIs, agree to targets with the Customer, and report regularly against these targets.
Define and agree to long term strategic objectives with key Traditional and Modern Trade Customers.
Drive all other Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives
Challenge the status quo to improve Customer Satisfaction and create business opportunities with the Customer.
What will make you successful
Worked within Customer Service, Supply Chain or Sales in a market/business role for a minimum of 5 years.
Food & beverage or consumer products industry experience preferred
Successfully led projects and initiatives that require both commercial and supply chain understanding and knowledge
End to end Supply Chain, including store operations knowledge
Understanding of LEAN concepts eg Value Stream Mapping
Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with various internal and external contacts and influence others to drive change
