The main purpose is to help the business evaluate, plan and implement improvements in customer experience and day to day customer operations.
Major Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver differentiating customer experience.
Provide technical support for process and customer experience improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with other units to design, test and launch of new processes, features or applications.
Complies with internal and external policies and regulations
Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned
Education: College graduate of a four-year course preferably in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant training in full-stack web development.
Experience: Demonstrate previous success in programming or web development.
Skills: Must have good written and oral communication skills. Experienced with front-end and back-end programming languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, Laravel, Python, MongoDB, MySQL). Development experience for mobile an advantage.
Personality: Must be sensible, patient, a team-player, dependable and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
