Job Description
The Customer Relations Manager job is to maximize sales and quality of service provided to the customers. She will manage the department in a manner that is conducive to a positive selling environment, ensuring that the highest possible level of customer service is maintained.
The Customer Relations Manager will also be expected to take on a leadership role to projects that will contribute towards growth and objectives of the team.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess Degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent
Storng organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Good understanding of the strategic sales process
Strong communication skills both written and spoken English
