About the Role
To support the design of service transformation initiatives, driving towards an E2E customer centric process.
Playing a key role in translating stakeholder inputs into a technical process design that will guide the transition from current state (disjointed processes) to the future state process.
Engaging with teams across the client functions to seek their input into the design of the End to End processes.
Leverage voice of the customer insights on all aspects of customer interactions to identify customer pain-points, challenges, and hurdles; advise on approaches to eliminate and positively enhance customer interactions.
About You
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Industrial), Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Required skill(s): customer service and relationship management, customer engagement process, customer journey mapping.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience with Customer Journey Mapping, and/or managing a customer experience program or customer engagement process is required
Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Open to work from home until further notice
