Job Summary:
The Customer Development Specialist is responsible for continuous generation of sales revenue from assigned accounts by ensuring consistent delivery of efficient service and maintaining good business relationship with them.
Duties and Responsiblities:
Conducts regular sales calls/visits to generate new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
Assists the Immediate Superior in gathering information on new developments in modern trade business which are of interest to customers and the company.
Monitors and knows competitors' activities.
Manages all modern trade accounts and monitors all available stocks
Checks all modern trade outlets.
Coordinates and handles merchandisers as well as manpower agency.
Manages bad orders within acceptable BO allowance.
Prepares weekly sales report.
​Educational Background and Skills:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required Skill(s): sales, customer service, retail, food service
At least 3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General/Food Service or equivalent.

Good communication skills.
Must be willing to be assigned in Taguig.
