Duties & Responsibilities:
Handles and process customer complaints and feedback in accordance to PPVI standards.
Attends to customer's inquiries, concerns, request and ensures that all costumer complaints on property management are addressed and given feedback.
Monitoring of Homeowners punch list works.
Sales and After -Sales Service
Perform other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
Implements policies and guidelines on proper handling of Company assets
Maintains list of all Assets including but not limited to transportation equipment, office and computer equipment, furniture and fixtures, locker keys, etc.
Responsible in the monitoring & control of request & payment of utilities, advances, loans, monthly dues, statutory benefits, inter-company, travel & gas.
Administer the Bank Reconciliation report for updated
Assist on the Monthly Balance Sheet Account reconciliation
Assist on Commission and Incentive Processing
Assist on the AP processing
Prepares Bank Reconciliation for both LCH& PPVI accounts
Timely posting of Official Receipts to the Accounting System per assigned project
Filing of A/P Vouchers and Check Vouchers, with supporting documents per Supplier on per yearly folder
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): customer service, market knowledge, documentation, problem solving
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

Knowledge in construction and Real Estate / Property Development industry.
