About the job Customer Care SpecialistPosition Title: Customer Care SpecialistWork Set Up: On-siteSchedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH TimeJob Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, PampangaQuick Rundown:The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by handling patient and healthcare provider inquiries, assisting with appointment scheduling, and resolving any issues related to patient care. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring a positive experience for patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.What You'll Do:Act as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and providers, delivering prompt and professional supportSchedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while ensuring accurate documentationAssist with insurance verification and authorization processes, updating patients on coverage statusMaintain and update patient records, medical documents, and consent formsResolve inquiries, issues, or complaints related to scheduling and servicesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and accurate schedulingUphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards in handling patient informationSupport process improvements by gathering feedback and enhancing patient experienceWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field preferred2-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or scheduling rolesStrong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, providers, and internal staffEffective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracy when handling records, insurance, and appointmentsFamiliarity with healthcare terminology and scheduling systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with EHR or other medical scheduling tools preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle confidential patient data securely and in compliance with HIPAAWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
