Responsibilities:
● Issue and distribute invoices
● Process new contracts and sales
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
● Address customer complaints and questions
● Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions
● Assist with customer account reconciliations
● Prepare and present analytical reports
● Support monthly and quarterly audits and cleanups
● Resolve any issues or mistakes
Qualifications:
● Associate degree (minimum 2 years college)
● Durable medical equipment (DME) biller would be awesome!
● Proven experience / background as a billing analyst or similar accounting role
● Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
● Proficient in Microsoft office (especially excel)
● Excellent communication skills including the ability to listen carefully
 and communicate verbally and in written form
● Must have good organization and time management skills
● Must have Sales and CSR experience
● Solid Mathematical Skills
● Must be highly organized (even electronically)
● Must be tech savvy so to navigate efficiently complex billing software
● Must be very computer literate
● Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
● Medical billing experience isn't necessary but would be a benefit
● 1 - 2 years experience preferred but not necessary for the right
 candidate
