Explain the services available, payment categories, and billing procedures.
Communicate patients' problems to the appropriate staff.
Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuades potential customers to complete and submit an application
Promptly answers, screens, and processes medical service requests and telephone inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality agreements and policies and procedures.
Ability to speak clearly in order to communicate effectively between patient and provider, provide pre-visit instructions/directions, and relay provider instructions.
QUALIFICATION:
Good to excellent English Communication skills
High school graduates or college undergraduates are welcome to apply with at least 6 months of BPO work experience is a plus
A basic understanding of computer applications is necessary (Microsoft Word, Excel)
