Duties and Responsibilities:
• Address warranty claims of customers via Hubspot ticketing system
• Create replacement orders for clients due to a warranty claim or delivery issue
• Keep clients updated throughout the whole process including product delays
• Answer delivery or warranty enquiries via the online live chat (Hubspot)
• If applicable, capture outstanding customer payments before delivery
• Close orders and follow up with accounts for refunds/credits
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 1 to 2 years Retail/Logistics Customer Service experience
• Some exposure to Logistics operations
• Email management and chat support experience
• Experience in dealing with product orders/product sales, warranty, and refunds
• Experience in any CRM and Admin skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Experience in HubSpot, NetSuite and ERP systems would be an advantage
• Ability to work AEST hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (7:00 am to 3:00 pm Manila time)
