Prior experience of minimum 3 years with contact center in a managerial role
Must have managed at least 2-3 team leaders / supervisors for at least 1 year
Experience in managing Indian staff remotely from PH
Experience in Chat & Tickets/Email process in BPO
Good communication skills and customer service aptitude
Hands on experience (and willingness) in dealing with irate customers / de-escalating
In-depth understanding of Contact Center business
Prior experience in running CSAT improvement initiatives, efficiency improvement projects etc.
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment - depending on business requirements
