Job Descriptions:
The Customer Care Manager is responsible for the overall customer care and experience of CGRDI.
S/He is in charge of setting and sustaining a system that delivers excellent customer experience and satisfaction daily.
S/He also takes ownership of any customer issues that arises from any phase in the CGRDI business, and is accountable for the performance of his team members in obtaining a positive problem resolution favorable to both the organization and a happy clientele.
Qualifications:
Applicant must have atleast 2 years experience in related field
Willing to work in office based
