CUSTOMER CARE IN-CHARGE
 
Job Description:
Responsible in reviewing, monitoring and investigating customer complaints and or concerns.
Oversees, responds and suggest measures to ensure best quality delivered to customers.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Engineering course.
At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing setting (QC, Process, Research & Development).
With good communication skills & computer savvy (technical reports and documentations).
Can work with less supervision.
Detail-oriented and diligent.
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills.
