About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service by answering queries and providing assistance to the customers over the phone.

• At least 18 years old
• College Graduate or undergraduate, 2-year Vocational Course Graduates, undergraduates that have at least completed 60 units in college
• High School Graduates with at least 6 months continuous call center experience
• call center experience is an ADVANTAGE
