QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Arrange interment and cremation.
2. Handle customer's inquiries and complaints.
3. Endorse job order for marble marker.
4. Endorse lay-out slip to Park Operations Supervisor
5. Monitor/ensure that all requirements were submitted before interment.
6. Act as a host/facilitator during interment.
7. File monthly interment documents.
8. Endorse marble marker lay-out to engraver.
9. Process cremation papers.
10. Prepare weekly/monthly report with narratives on points for improvement.
11. Weekly report of urn transaction.
12. Prepare monthly list of cremation and updates weekly summary.
13. Prepare monthly sale of urn and updates weekly summary.
14. Perform other tasks as the need arises.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service
