Job Summary:
Agents will be assigned to a dynamic team of Customer Service representatives, taking both inbound and outbound emails, with the purpose of assisting customers and solving their concerns.
Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries via chat or email
Answer customer's questions and assist customers in finding a solution to their concerns
Attempt to persuade customers in keeping their orders and not cancelling it
Attend to regular department and company meetings
Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
Report any service or product breakdowns to immediate supervisor
Updates and maintains team trackers
Skills Required:
Proficient in using Google Spreadsheet
Knowledge in using Shopify and Zendesk
Requirements:
Has at least 1 year Customer Service background
Must be willing to work in a competitive environment, with targets, but at the same time is a good team player
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Capable on adapting with shifting schedules
Must be responsible enough to work with minimal supervision on a work from home setup
Has stable internet connection (20 ping and minimum of 20mbps internet speed)
Above average comprehension skills
PC / Laptop with headset, with Windows 10 OS. Minimum 4GB of RAM
