We are seeking thought leaders who understand the digital transformation needs of Philippine banks, have built strong partnerships with top executives in the banking industry, and who understand selling products, managed and professional services.
Initiate engagement with targeted accounts and buying centers; own the opportunity development process.
Establish positive relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers; and develop relationships with third parties to extend the reach of Amdocs beyond the core markets and solutions.
Manage the sales cycles and take the lead role in positioning and selling Amdocs Products and Services.
Be the trusted advisor who is encouraged to exercise the Amdocs business solution approach: focusing on the customer's needs and challenges unlimited by what Amdocs has to offer.
Manage the full account life-cycle: sales, delivery and operations. Have control and accountability of the regional/accounts P&L

To be obsessed with your customer's success.
To possess a deep understanding of the digital transformation challenges banks face today. This includes data modernization, regulatory compliance, and defining the customer experience in a constantly evolving progressive digital world.
A minimum of 7 years of experience with sales, strategic account management in DevOps services, technical services that improve the customer experience, or new systems integration to the banking industry.
To be recognized as a collaborative and trusted advisor. Validated and established business partnerships with Executives (VP, C Level).
MBA preferred.
