Job Description
The Customer and Business Analytics Associate's main role is to collect, organize, and analyze Pilmico Foods Group's data with an end goal of devising, creating and presenting reports and dashboards containing information on the group's forecasting for both sales and production purposes and other opportunities it may present useful. He/She should formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information to assist management with decision making, policy formulation, and other managerial functions. Produce financial, competitive, and market intelligence by querying data repositories. Devise effective methods for identifying and analyzing data patterns and trends in available information sources. Responsibilities include generating summary reports with appropriate recommendations.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Any Course
Experience:
Experience in customer service, quality, data analytics, management information systems and related work
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Licenses:
Training and/or certifications related to Customer Service/Experience is a plus
