💼 Role: CSR/Customer Service Representative
Salary Range: 24K - 28KWhat You'll Do:
 Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service,
ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
 NEMT Coordination: Efficiently coordinate NEMT services,
including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
 Prior Authorization: Secure necessary prior authorizations for
NEMT services, adhering to strict guidelines and timelines.
 Paratransit Scheduling: Schedule transportation for paratransit
passengers, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.
 Disruption Management: Address and resolve any transportation
disruptions promptly and professionally.
 Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to
established procedures and recommending improvements.
 KPI Performance: Meet and exceed key performance indicators
(KPIs) to ensure optimal service delivery.
 Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and product
knowledge through ongoing training and development.What We're Looking For:
