Job responsibilities:
Reply FB/IG/Lazada/Shopee user's comments also private messages and collect users' feedback,clearing doubts, answering inquiries and complaints in a fast, friendly and effective
Providing a service that is highlighted by the warmth of treatment, customer care and fast and effective solutions to emerging situations
To know in detail the company products sold through the site Lazada/Shopee and stock thereof, to support customers on specific queries
4. Make weekly report to analyze to find frequently asked questions by users and make reply optimizations,to improve the response speed
Job requirements:
1.Minimum of 1-2 years work experience.
2.Be proactive,creative and initiative at work;
3.Proficient across of social media channel platforms(FB/IG/Twitter etc.) and E-commerce platforms(Lazada/Shopee) ;
Must have excellent communication skills;
Must have good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team;
