CORPORATE HR MANAGER
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any business related course
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR Management experience gained through working.
Ability to develop and deliver HR strategies in a fast- paced business environment.
Must have hands-on or actual experience in developing and conducting Trainings
Possess leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team and also be able to interact across all levels within the company.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Able to multi-task and can handle work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the HR plans, strategies and programs in line with the Company’s overall business objectives.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources: lead and guide HR team to deliver best
Implement HR services to all business units; support business units and all other support functions in all matters related to HR
Manage recruitment, compensation & benefits, labor law, compliance, policies and procedures and HR best practices
Champion and deliver Learning and Development to meet business needs
Lead the Recruitment process ensuring quality candidates are sourced in a timely manner and within budget boundaries.
Develop and implement Performance Management Program. Deploy annual performance evaluation across the organization
