Need Ink Sales & Services is currently looking for a Corporate Petty Cash Fund (PCF) In-Charge who will ensure the accurate and timely processing of all PCF replenishment requests, verifying they are well-supported and for valid business purposes. This role also involves maintaining the corporate team's petty cash fund and providing support to the treasury team as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with business units and branch PCF custodians to process replenishment requests.
Verify all entries and supporting documents for accuracy and validity.
Prepare and record vouchers for replenishments.
Process online transfers and release funds for PCF.
Summarize input VAT entries related to replenishments.
Organize and file all related documents.
Update and monitor PCF records regularly.
Recommend improvements for PCF replenishment processes.
Safeguard the corporate petty cash fund and release funds for valid business purposes.
Reconcile petty cash fund and prepare replenishment requests.
Process advance requests from branches and prepare vouchers.
Check and record liquidation of advances.
Maintain monitoring and aging reports of advances; follow up on long outstanding advances.
Assist the treasury team and substitute for treasury functions as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in accounting related functions
Excellent monitoring and organization skills
Proactive and resourceful
Proficiency in MS Excel and/or other reporting and monitoring tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
