CREDIT OFFICER (CORPORATE ACCOUNT) - FINANCIAL ANALYST
 
REPORTS TO: Credit Department Manager
LOCATION: CEBU Office: 5TH Floor, ML Building, B. Benedicto Street North Reclamation Area Cebu City
DEPARTMENT: Credit Department
DIVISION: ML Loans Division
 
JOB SUMMARY
Endorses all ML Loan products: Car Loan, Home Loan, Salary Loan, Truck Loan, and Medical Equipment Financing received from online and "traditional" loan application
Ensures accuracy of data in the system prior to final credit decision in accordance with established credit policies and procedures and final check of legal documents
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess the creditworthiness of ML corporate borrowers thru financial and risk analyses, and support credit endorsement by thoroughly preparing ML Credit Proposal Sheet
Conduct comprehensive financial and credit analysis of ML corporate clients from existing business product: medical equipment financing
Evaluate Credit risks and provide a recommendation on appropriate credit structure and corresponding terms
Forecast the client's potential income from the received financial statements and identify potential "loss" indicators
Provide credit recommendation, other restructuring and reloan program as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of experience in full credit review gained from bank or other financial institutions
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Finance, Accountancy, or Economics
Ability to read / interpret financial statements and provide forecasting
Strong business knowledge in "corporate" credit accounts, financial analysis, and industry research
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keenness in business acumen
COMPENSATION: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 (basic)
