The C&B Officer will manage the Compensation and Benefits function of e-pon Digital Inc. This includes payroll processing, benefits administration, oversight and management of partnerships with providers. Coordinates with HR in the development and implementation of Comp and Ben policies. Coordination with Finance department to achieve on-time payroll and statutory reporting.
Main Functions:
Monitoring of requirements for submission and remittance to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig Fund, BIR, PEZA, DOLE and LGU.
The payroll officer will prepare and process the final pay computation, alpha list, tax filing, annualization, 13th month computation & final pay computation.
He/she will do the end to end payroll process.
Will facilitate the salary benchmarking, job grade & level for e-pon employees.
This role will focus on streamlining payroll process. Initiate projects under compensation & benefits.
Monitor and ensure that payroll and time keeping policies are properly adhered to.
Review/Audit payroll related processing and registers.
Produce/Generate monthly and periodic payroll reconciliation report.
Produce/Generate monthly and periodic payroll analysis.
Create and recommend competitive C&B programs to develop or enhance compensation and benefits plans based on market data.
Work with the HR Manager to establish goals and objectives for performance reviews of team members.
Monitor and analyze Compensation and Benefits Processes for optimization while maintaining high levels of accuracy and timely pay-out to employees.
Working with the HR Manager oversees compensation budget and manages costs to avoid exceeding budget.
Assists in the Preparation and update of key Comp & Ben HR data reports and uploading to system as part of HR financial planning.
Collaborates and coordinates with the Finance team in Tax Reporting
Any other related projects and adhoc reporting that maybe assigned from time to time.
Graduate of bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or any related course.
CPA is a plus.
At least 5 years and above years of relevant experiences as as a Supervisor or Lead
Knowledge of payroll related statutory reporting to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig Fund, BIR, DOLE, PEZA and LGU.
Experience in managing compensation & benefits function for at least 5 years.
Self-starter with a good track record of working in a dynamic and self sufficient environment.
Must be amenable to work on site in BGC, Taguig.
