HR compensation & benefits specialistAsya Glass Philippines Inc.

The HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for handling employee onboarding and queries, timekeeping, payroll processing, government reporting and compliance, HRIS and system management, vendor and contract management, and various other administrative tasks. The specialist will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits, compliance with government regulations, and efficient management of HR systems and vendor contracts.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
2-3 years experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR operations.
Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR processes.
Experienced in payroll inputs, employee benefits administration, leave tracking, and 201 file management.
Experience in implementation on salary adjustments, and compensation updates.
Familiar or willing to learn on HMO processing, enrollments, deletions, and coordination with providers.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR systems/HRIS.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Good coordination and communication skills; organized and dependable.
Experience in basic salary structure implementation, payroll audits, or benefits negotiations.
