Administer salary structures, pay adjustments, and compensation policies.
Manage HMO, insurance, allowances, and company benefits programs.
Ensure accurate processing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR contributions and reports.
Coordinate with vendors (HMO, insurance, government agencies) for updates and resolutions.
Support payroll processing by validating compensation data, deductions, and benefits.
Maintain HRIS/employee records related to compensation and benefits.
Assist with performance bonus calculations and salary review cycles.
Monitor compliance with the Labor Code and company C&B policies.
Address employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and government contributions.
Requirements:
At least 6 months work experience as an HR Generalist/Associate or similar
Human Resource / Psychology fresh grads can apply!
Knowledgeable with local employment laws
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shifts
